Mulled wine may be traditional at Christmas, but we reckon “Mulling Season” starts at the beginning of October - the second we see even a glimpse of the leaves turning, we’re on it! And why limit yourself to wine? What could be cosier on a cold night than hot, spiced cider?

This aromatic non-alcoholic syrup is infused with clove, star anise, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla with a squeeze of citrus and pomegranate.

Add 1 part syrup with 6 parts dry cider, warm through and share. Or for a non alcoholic alternative, replace cider with apple juice to create a gently spiced drink for all.

Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Cinnamon Quill, Natural Colour, Citric Acid, Extract of Spices.
